I am 20 years old and 5"0 and 90lb.
These resulted from a car accident and the doctors hired from the car insurance made the report that they believe my bulging discs were a result of that. But this accident happened 2 years ago and payments for further chiropractic or medical expenses related to these discs have been discontinued bcz they believe I have no lifelong disabling injuries.
My Medicaid expires in 2 months. So I will have no insurance. I asked my physician and she said she doesn’t know how to advice me in that area bcz it’s not her expertise. The spinal surgeon she recommended me to, well their office won’t see me bcz this is a post-car related accident, not something that is birth-related. The car accident orthopedic surgeon she recommended me to won’t see me because my car accident claim has been discontinued.
So I have NO ONE to turn to ask how am I supposed to work out, how do I exercise. Anyone with bulging discs, how do you manage the pain and work out?

They freaked out like the kids would get diseases. Yet they eat sausages and who knows what’s in that, and pigs infested with parasites. The spinal cord is the best part but they wouldn’t let the kids have ANY of the lamb at all just because it was cooked with the spinal cord.
They wanted to try it but the parents were all like "nein nein" you can’t try that. It’s a middle eastern dish they should get some culture if they want while they’re here.

I would like to first thank you for even reading my story. Ok, so this is how it started, about a month ago i was driving out of san jose area heading back to 880 north and got pulled over by a cop because i had no license plates on my car, but the car was registered and all that. The officer asked me few questions about the license plate and his buddy officer on the right hand side asked me if i had any drinks, and i said yes around 11:pm at a bar in san jose, and this is now 2: pm.. So i stepped out of the car and did all the practices they made me to do so.. I was 100% active and completed all the chores without hesitation.. Any way long story short they locked me for 6 hours and took my license.. I called DMV withing the 10 days of hearing and the DMV hearing department issued my license until the "June 10 2011".. I the breathalyzer showed .09 and so did the blood test.. Please tell me what i should do???My court date is coming on the 8th of this month.. Should i plead guilty or should i plead not guilty?? If any one has gone through this situation before, then i would love to hear back from you.. I am a full time student and it would be very hard for me to face the charges and timing.. Thanks you so much for reading..
Thanks everyone but this is my offense…

I also need help on the following questions:
2) What are two common causes for bad backs?
3) Why is the lower back so susceptible to muscular injuries?
4) What is a "slipped disc" and how does it occur?

He has said that he will allow some of it to proceed but will probably dismiss parts of it. Then there is the lawsuit by the orthopedic hospital in Texas against parts of the bill. If large portions of this bill are struck down, perhaps a large "Tea Party" contingent in Congress can kill what is left of it.

I have a brother who suffered a traumatic brain injury 4 mos ago. He is on a vent, is partially conscience & opens his eyes, however more recently his hands & feet are curling in and his head is starting to tilt downward. He is very stiff, muscle relaxers are not helping. I want to know what the "curling" condition is called.

I took a few days off after a rear end collision and after 3 days my work wants a "treating medical professional" to fill out some forms for a medical leave of absence. My family physician says I can go back after one week. My Chiropractor says I should not perform physical work for 3 weeks or until my pinched nerve/muscle spasms start to go away.
Can a Chiropractor make these decisions and fill out a medical leave form??
I’m not lazy…..I just dont want to aggravate an ongoing back issue!

Two notable injuries I can think of was Jermaine Dye {Athletics} bending & braking his shin in a playoff game, & Shaun Livingston {Clippers} knee injury. 2 really hideous boo-boos would be Joe Theismann {Redskins} having his shin snapped like a twig & the grosser scene of someone who parlayed getting Clint Malarchuk’s jugular for his carotid. When I saw that on a ESPN story, I thought, "$%¶§! That is horrifying! " It’s a miracle Malarchuk is still alive.
What other sports injury grossed u out? Or do the Malarchuk or Theismann injuries take the cake? Thumbs up if u also (un4tunately) happened 2 b @ the game & even have a camera or camera-phone 2 witness it.

All,
I helped ex GF to buy a car.
I thought I was co signing for loan but apparantly I am a "co buyer" of car.
The registration is "her" or"me".
I dont mind being responsible for loan. If she messes up loan I will make payments.
She tells me she has car properly insured etc.
What worries me is if she lets insurance lapse or cause a major accident could I end up in trouble.
Can I insure myself against her letting insurance lapse or causing major injury/damage?
I currently have no personal auto insurance (have company vehicle).
Is there anything else I can do to protect myself? Im very worried about this. Do I need to be or am i overreacting?

i live in Texas. i was recently pulled over for dwi… i was given two road side tests and then taken to jail. i spent about 8 hours in a cell before i was even booked. the two tests i was given were the "follow the pen test" and "stick your leg out test". im assuming i failed both because yeah i went to jail that night.. but i never received the breathalyzer test. its not that i refused to take the test it, it was never even mentioned. like i said i didnt even get booked until 8 hours later. i pleaded not guilty and obviously im getting a lawyer. Scientific studies show that neither road side tests given to me are near 80% accurate…. what are my chances of getting off on this charge? i didnt have my glasses for the eye test. i’ve got an injured shoulder and back from getting too aggressive at the gym so that might help with the leg test… Any thoughts?
Ok im not a lawyer or anything but i’ve done some extensive research. The pen test can be misleading due to the fact the same clues to DWI are also shown in people who have high levels of nicotine in their system and can commonly be mistaken as someone being over the legal limit of .08 . i applaud your response and thank you for your advice but, i don’t expect your next response to claim you are some type of scientist or a doctor..You, as the officer before you, were trained by fellow officers and certefied within the police academy. My problem is that i WASNT over the legal driving limit and the breathalyzar would have shown that. Rather than collecting a resisting arrest charge i picked up my chips and cashed out.. When i was thrown in a cell and booked 8 hours later it deemed the breathalyzer useless… How is that my fault? i expected to receive this test with a jailor and instead they took down my name, threw me in a cell and forgot about me. telltale signs of a false arrest? why w

PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS
My BAC according to arresting officer was .083. The blood work is due back in 2-weeks. This incident was back in August. I know the state has time to get their case together (this long I wouldn’t have imagined).
My lawyer is talking about getting it reduced to a DWAI. I am less concerned with the fines andmore about the classes and crap one has to take.
Am I better off taking the DWAI or going to trial? The officer pulled me over for "moving from lane unsafely" when I did in fact swerve to avoid a piece of roadkill in the road.
Any advice is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance. Best answer lands the 10!

I was diagnosed today with a cuboid avulsion fracture of the left foot. The doctor showed me the x-ray and explained what an avulsion was. He also said non weight bearing for two weeks with crutches and referred me to my regular physician. He stated my regular physician may recommend an orthopedic consultation. When I looked at the x-ray the portion of bone was definitely seperated from the cuboid bone. Some of the literature I have read online indicates surgery and then others say walking cast, which is it?
Additionally, he referred to it as a "nutcracker" fracture. Frankly, I’m hurting.
