I was rear ended and have pain in my back, spine, and half of my right arm. I am going to therapy and am taking a ton of prescriptions for my injuries. I have gotten an attorney to handle the case but am unsure about how much I should be getting for this type of injury? I did not ask my lawyer. What is the average amount of settlement to get from this type of injury?

the vets say my dog (chihuahua boy) has a slipped disc and is semi paralysd.
he cannot walk on his right leg, but has got feeling in all his legs and can stand perfectly well on all 4 legs but he has problems walking.
i have got some anti inflamitry tablets off the vets.
what are the chances of them working for him and him walking again?
they have said that if they dont work he may have to have surgory and its looking into the thousands. they havnt done any xrays on his legs/hips/spine but they are determind that its his spine.
what are the chances of him recoverying without surgory?
the operation is pretty risky, i want him to recover without surgory and was also wondering how long it would take 4 him to recover without surgory, and what can i do to help him?
hes only 2years old and it happend on sunday and we got him to the vets on monday and then they asked us 2 come back on the tuesday and they said he had improved, he was there yesterday and they said he improved again.
Also when he went in the bath his right leg kinda flopped out to the side like there was nothing there, but he is standing and has feeling in his legs, he isnt crying to show hes in pain or anything, and on the back of his legs theres a tendan or bone, it joins from his thigh to his little part of his leg and his right one is really elasticy and the left one is really hard, and its his right leg he has problems with could this be part of the problem? im not back up to the vets till monday.

The front chest muscle often goes in to spasms. The pain is getting worse and unbearable. The pain has traveled from back of muscle just above elbow down to top of forearmrm midway. There is something that feels like a wire(tendon ?) from elbow to wrist that is tight on the underside of the forearm. There is also a muscle in the back that is really notted up and runs from the spine about mid back up and under the shoulder blade.

One year ago I was in an auto accident. My friend was driving apparently to slow for the driver behind us and was we started to pull into a parking lot they decided to speed up and try to pass us by using the sidewalk. We were hit at my door and I was turned looking at my friend in the back seat. The police cited her and her ins has accepted 100% fault. I went to the ER for head (I hit the door window) and neck pain and fallowed up with my doc. Since then I have had 3 months PT (he said he could not fix me) and still see the chiro. I had 2 MRI, CAT and several x-rays. I was placed on medications including: Valium, Percocet and Oxycodone initially but after a week asked for something weaker and went to hydrocodone which still left me sleepy so I went to IBfrofin 800, meloxican and Skelaxin. Seen a back specialist too. All agree with my doctor that my SI joint is messed up and my chiro put my back at 20% permanently damaged and will need to see him once a month forever My bills are about 9,000. I don’t want a lawyer to take money from my pain so I don’t want to have one. Now that it has been a year and my doctors say I am as good as I am going to get I was to settle. What should I do? Is there a form I can give my doctors to fill out?

Also I was 12 weeks pregnant and ended up having him at 22 weeks in which he died right after birth. With everything that happen the month after and all the medications could this have been a cause? My doctor that delivered him says he can’t tell me the reason I went into early labor. I was on seasonal and didn’t know I was pregnant till 16 weeks .
Sorry I was not clear, I just mentioned I was turned talking to my friend in the back because my spine was twisted when I was hit and injured. The Lady that hit us was faulted 100%, my friends in the car had nothing to do with my injures and even if they did I would never sue my friends.

i want to raise awareness about this injury at birth my little brother’s nerves were torn off of his spine by this *** of a doctor and has left my little brothers right arm injured for life how can i raise awareness?

For about 2 months now I have been having pain on the right side by the waist area and back. It started off on the right side by the waist and the back and then now it is on my right leg. I did 2 abdominal cat scans. One showed liver enlgarged and the other (done with contrast) showed normal. At first one of the liver enzymes were slightly elevated but then a couple of weeks later they were not. However the sonogram showed liver enlarged. A few doctors said that the pain can be from a pinched nerve from the back but the MRI showed normal. Can it still be a pinched nerve from th spine even the the MRI was normal? I went to a neurologist and they said I should do an EMG to find out if it is a nerve pain or not. They also said that it can be from the epidural I took when I was in labor for my 4 months old son. The GI said that the enlarged liver can be from the pregnancy. Is this true? I am confused about all this. IF anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

i hav some dime sized pimples on my bakc that are pretty white, some are small black heads. If i pop one can it cause any spine damage or damage to the tissue because whenever i try to pop it, my whole back hurts like hell…especially after i try.

I have two compression fractures in my spine and am currently seeking compensation, however no solicitor is able to give me any idea as to how much compensation I will receive. I want to know whether it is worthwhile going through all the hassles of making a claim/going to court.

I can frequently crack my back, like a loud clunk not a small click simply by lying on my back and tensing my lower back, and a few times I’ve done it and it’s been sorta sore, and I was just wondering if it is at all possible to pop the cartilage (slipped disc) in my spine by doing this?

i often get back pain but since i got up this morning i have really bad pain, it goes across my bottom, when i sit down its ok but when i stand up or try to walk, every time i move my left leg, forwards or backwards i get shooting pains and an uncomfatable ache right across the bottom of my spine
should i keep trying to move or just rest?

I don’t have insurance but my lower back on the right about 3 inches out from my spine, keeps hurting. It hurts most after I have been sitting.
