I had approximately 500K in surgery. (half a million)
I need to get at least 100K + . Considering all Ive been through which include everything from learning how to brush my teeth all over- to walking with a Cain.
I think I have a BAD ASS lawyer but he may have so much on his plate helping others. That he just doesn’t really have time for mine??? Its been 2 yrs and I’m hurting bad.

A few months after I began my orthodontist treatment, my front two teeth died and became discolored, one black, one yellow. My ortho told me that it couldn’t have been caused by the rapid movement of my teeth, that it must have been trauma or negligence on my part, but I am fully convinced otherwise. He refuses to take responsibility or pay to have them fixed. What are my options? Do I have a chance fighting him in court? I don’t want any money…I just want my two teeth to be fixed. Thanks.

I was rear-ended by an eighteen year old doing 35-40MPH. There was about 00 damage done to my year and a half HHR. The insurance company said they would take care of my bills at first, after several months I found out not. Most pain was in my neck and hips. I apparently bit down on my jaw and shattered one of my teeth and root, resulting in tooth removal and replacement with an implant. I missed three days of work to visit the dentist, still need to go again to have the final crown installed on the tooth. My bills so far have totaled about 00.00. Thanks

I have a slipped disc in my jaw – My Doctor said she doesnt think it will snap back in place so I will be getting a mouth guard to help relax jaw and so the disc can grow scar tissue which will fill in area disc should be. My question is….Will I ever have full range of motion if the disc is still out of place?
I am seeing a oral surgeoun/endodontist that specializes in TMJ — Also, I do not grind my teeth.
