I’m having pain in my thighs and butt. I can’t think of any reason except maybe my sciatic nerve. A couple years ago I had a lumbar puncture. Would this make me more susceptible to sciatic nerve problems? I just can’t figure out the pain. Only other thing is I stopped taking my yaz. Thanks for your help.

The symptoms match with what I feel: burning and pain. I mean, it’s not that bad as before. I can do low impact exercises without pain. I just can’t do high impact exercises. The pain ranges from below the knee to the ankle. Anyone know of treatments? Stretches? Etc. Thanks for your help.

Forget the details, I do believe I was wrongfully terminated from my job and would like to see an attorney but I don’t want to go see an attorney who does a little of EVERYTHING I just want to talk to someone who specializes in my case. Would it be Worker’s Comp? Or Business Litigation? Corporate Law? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help and advice.

I am a driver for UPS and on average life 35-40 pound packages but, I lift packages up to 150 pounds and I drive and walk about 10 hours everyday. How long can I expect to be off work from having spinal fusion surgery? Thanks for your help.

I know a study recently came out about the connection between brain stem injury and SIDS, which makes sense…BUT I read a comment on another page from someone claiming that the types of injuries that can lead to SIDS can be brought on simply from a baby flopping his/her head forward or backward or not being well-supported at all times and not just from actual trauma. I’m wondering if this is true, because my newborn has very strong neck muscles and likes to surprise us once in a while by throwing her head in an unexpected direction. Should I be extremely concerned about this or was that person mistaken/exaggerating? Thanks for your help in advance.

My son was sent to the hospital by ambulance, where they did a CAT scan, many xrays, and an EKG. He was sent home with perscriptions and told to see his doctor in 3 – 5 days. He went to his doc, and still has neck and back pain and fluid on his right knee….translation…more dr’s apts and more meds. My son is 22 years old, just out of the Marines with plans to go to college in the fall…he has a part time job that does not come with sick leave, so every day he misses is out of pocket.
A few facts: My son was not at fault (was not ticketed for any violation)
The other auto/driver thought it was a 4-way stop and pulled out in front of him. Also he was in a company pickup, so is a company insurance we are working with.
I guess my question is, will he recieve a settlement from the insurance company? Do we need to get a lawyer, or is it too soon to know? When should we get a lawyer if we need to?
Thanks for your help.

My daughter, a new driver, was in a car accident. Her vision was obstructed by a van and didn’t see the other car which hit her. The other driver was walking around before the police arrived and afterward, drove away in his own car. Now we’re being sued for more than ,000 for his "permanent" injuries. Can someone really get away with this? Should we get a lawyer or let the insurance handle it? thanks for your help.

I live in NJ and received a DWI this past winter. I knew I could not drive so my vehicle was parked, the engine was running (it was 10 degrees outside), and I was waiting for a ride home but the officer still arrested me for DWI (he did his job, it was my fault, and it will never happen again).
I have been thinking about driving across the USA next year in an RV (after I get my license back). My question is: Can you be arrested for a DWI if you are legally intoxicated while in a parked RV? What if you are at a campsite/RV site? I don’t plan to test this – I am just interested in any info. Thanks for your help.

it’s killing me right now. i’ve lived with it for about two years…i believe that i "got it" if you will, when i had an epidural for my second child. or maybe it was when i was pregnant and waiting tables…whatever the case, i’m hurtin’.

pain medicine sometimes helps, but what else can i do to relieve my pain. and can i get rid of this? thanks for your help.
right now, it hurts when i take a step with my right leg.–stop walking, no, i can’t. and sometimes it just hurts if i move wrong. it’s in both sides of my lower back. what’s a girl to do? thanks again.
without money to afford to see a chiropractor and proper insurance i cannot go. that was the obvious answer i knew i was going to get…so, now that that is out of the way.

I am sure it is tension related, and it’s been going on for days. I have tons of homework to complete before Monday – I don’t really have a comfortable place to sit and I don’t like sitting in my bed to do homework.
Is it possible to alleviate the shoulder/back pain I’m having – even if it’s only for a couple of hours it would be so wonderful. I have some naproxen, but that stuff doesn’t really do much for me.
Thanks for your help.

I hurt my back today, oddly enough while sneezing really hard, and am now having a hard time standing up straight, walking…basicially moving. It has been progressily getting worse thruought the day. From compensating for the pain that is located in the center bottom of the small of my back my muscles on the sides all around are starting to ache. (I have a 7 month old daughter so avoiding pain is virtually impossible
What could be wrong? Is it something that will go away with rest or should I see a doctor? Are there any remedies that might help me get through the night? I’ve tried ice packs, heat and stretching… Thanks for your help!

I have had this problem with incontinence for years. Used to be just a sneezing or coughing thing but it has now escalated to involuntary moments which are usually small but have been bigger. I also have severe sciatica and am unable to walk for long distances or stand on my feet for very long at a time. Could the sciatica be making it worse?
Thanks for your help.
