I’ve taken my truck in 6 times, 7 next week, for an ongoing alignment issue. Has a slight pull to the right and never is truly straight. Something must be wrong with the car. I feel it’s a safety issue since the truck feels like it wanders. Anyways, I have reported it to Ford and intend to follow through with having them replace it. My Q is how many people have actually HAD to have a lawyer or attorney step in to complete the process? It sounds like it shouldn’t require one, but the more I read, the more I discover that most people did hire one. Thanks in advance.

I recently got into a bumper to bumper car accident in CA, where I think it was a 50/50 responsibility of me and her. The dent on both of our cars is evident, but not all that bad. I was called by the driver’s insurance company to get an estimate of the cost of repairs to fix my bumper and then to send it to her. My question is should I look for places that charge the most amount of money? This is assuming that the driver will pay for damages to my car and I’ll pay for damages to her car. I really have no idea what I’m supposed to do as I know some places can quote you cheap while others quote you an arm and a leg for the same job. Thanks in advance.

My doctor said I might have a spinal fusion so she is going to do some tests. She never said what would happen if I do have one and I want to know. If it helps she thinks I may have one because I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am 14, 15 soon. Thanks in advance for the help

So I was pulled over 2 weeks ago for a DUI. My court date is coming up soon, and I have received my blood results– which show I was UNDER the .08 limit. I was pulled over originally because i was slightly "swerving". I was driving my friend’s car– there is something wrong with it and the wheel is VERY sensitive. Anytime you touch it or switch lanes the car swerves slightly (I’m not sure exactly what is wrong with it). I can prove this in court by getting a simple diagnostic on the car. Do you think I still need to hire an attorney or will this be enough to dismiss my case? I’m just not sure if spending the money on an attorney will be worth it. Thanks in advance guys.

I recently settled a lawsuit dealing with an automobile accident. My car insurance medical coverage exhausted at 15,000, and I still had bills to pay so my primary picked it up. But now that it is settled I think I have to pay my primary back. My lawyer said he got me full coverage from my auto insurance dealing with my injuries for the rest of my life in the settlement. My question is…. is there a way instead of me paying back my primary insurance company, by just having them forward the bills to the auto insurance since they will be paying my bills from now on? Or am I going to have to pay out of pocket. Thanks in advance!

So i have no fluid in 3 discs 3 herniated discs and 1 deteriorating. I’ve had the epidural steroid injections and they don’t help. So my ortho wants to do i test where he would insert needles into my discs and inject fluid if my reaction is pain then my discs are causing my pain. Now i can’t remember the name of the test and his nurses wont release ANYTHING even the name of the test over the phone because I could be some random person trying to get info from my file. So does anyone know the name of the test? Thanks in advance.

Okay, so i’m a dancer and at a rehearsal earlier today i was doing a double leg turn (single pirouette (turn), plie (bend leg), grab my leg and straighten it right in front of my face, still turning) my first few were fine, but i screwed up my last turn and managed to fling into the air and i fell, right on my butt. like from about 2 feet in the air i landed on that bone thats the last one of your spine, (the one in between your 2 butt cheeks)
it hurts like crap to do anything, walk, sit down, stand up, justt lying here hurts. right now i have ice on it, but are there any other fast ways to help it cure or at least make the pain go away?? a brace i could buy//
also, would it be worth going to a doctor?? money’s tight, so i dont want my parents to spend unnecessary money on a doctor’s appointment.

I am having major lower back pain..I think i injured myself either in kickboxing or yoga this weekend…did the classes back to back..
anyway I’m wondering which DR to see, it feels like sciatic pain(had this when i was pregnant) Should I go see my General Practice DR or a Chiropractor?
What can i do for the pain now..ice or heat?

I was driving on a highway going about 68-70 in a 65 mph zone. A full sized truck pulling a boat trailer (no boat, just trailer) behind it did a turn around in an emergency vehicle ONLY turn around on the interstate. I hit the back of the trailer at about 40 mph after slamming on brakes and attempting to pull to the other lane (but there was an 18 wheeler blocking my way). I was not cited for the accident. The other driver was cited for failure to yield in an emergency turn around.

I was brought to the emergency room via ambulance, and suffered a sprained ankle (that now 4 months later I had to have surgery on because it was misdiagnosed).

The at fault party’s insurance is saying that I failed to keep a proper lookout and are trying to say I’m equally at fault for this accident. I currently have a lawyer who is sending in my demands next week for my losses’ including pain and suffering, medical bills, loss of work, future pain, car damages, and everything else included in the settlement.

My question is, am I equally liable? I don’t feel that I am at fault here. As soon as I saw that he was pulling out from the turn around I attempted to slow down. We collided not even 1/15 a mile from where he turned around. He claimed he was up to 50 mph before I hit him, But with the damage I did to his vehicle he was only going about 25 mph.

Also with medical bills and missed work and all the amount I owe/ deserve before pain and suffering is around ,000. After surgery and missing work and not being able to walk around for 3 months we’re putting suffering at 4x the bills. Is this too much to ask for?

I didn’t actually hit the vehicle from the rear, I hit them on the side of the trailer when they were pulling out. But they didn’t stop until about 1/15 of a mile later. So they were still pulling out when I struck them. To clear up the rear ending issue. I meant earlier that we were cited 1/15th of a mile from the turn around’ not collided.

according to most insurance agencies if your vehicle is in an accident it is valued by kelly bluebook. a salvaged vehicle has no value according to kelly (and others). If that is the case if my car gets totalled would there be any payoff ? Im wondering if I should pay an extra 600 a year for collision if it is not going to do me any good. Thanks in advance
