i had spinal surgery 2 years ago and am still having alot of pain .the doctor has released me from his care–with no pain meds and i take advil constantly–apparently he has never been pain —–and no where to turn for help
i have already gone to pain management and that was a waste of time and money–i truly have tried everything—epidurals, pain blocks, surgery, cryo!the medical field is so messed up,with all the drug seeking people out there that when you are truly in pain and have a real problem the doctors WILL NOT HELP–for fear of being –looked into for prescribing pain meds!!the highest strength med i was ever on was lortab5/500.and i had this constant headache and pain in my neck for 3 years prior to surgery on my neck !!and i continued to hold a full time job during all this–if i had was not truly in pain —i sure would not have put myself thru all of this——i am willing to try anything that might help with the pain–i feel like my husband is so feed up with all this, that he is ready too pack up and leave [who could blame him]

Need help on DWI problems?

I have just gotten a dwi in Minnesota, my first one as well. cop pull me over, and give me a breath test, my result is .09 which is over the limit( .08) . i also wont be able to drive for 90 days. is it a wise decision to get a lawyer? or is a lawyer/attorney not worth the time and money. If i plea guilty for my case, how much will I be paying the court? What will i face if i plea quilty, jail time maybe?

you answers will be appreciate.

Sometimes I’m happy that I’m not rich, I hear all the time how someone is suing a celebrity or sports figure, for millions of dollars for reasons like "He stepped on my foot" or "He stole my parking spot" or "She said something rude to me while I was trying to get her picture". I know that these cases are typically thrown out of court… But there must be so many of them,. all demand time and money. How do high-profile rich people deal with the constant stream of frivolous personal injury lawsuits? Do they have a legal team working 24/7? Do they make everybody they come in contact with sign a waiver of some kind? How is this nuisance dealt with??
ummmmmmmmmmmmm because maybe some of you are LAWYERS?

I got a DWI in Long Island in May 2008. Many city jobs require you to pay .00. to take a exam. I would I be wasting time and money taking any jobs for the city , state , federal or postal?

I know that you cannot get a realtor license in New York State if you have been convicted of a DWI, for example. I didn’t know if there was a similar provision for accountants. I see on the NYS web site that you have to be deemed of "good moral character" but that seems intentionally vague. I’d like to know before I invest time and money in years of schooling. Thank you.
