What could be related to my migraines and neck pain?

i’ve had headaches for as long as i can remember, but just recently they’ve gotten worse, not to mention my neck always hurts. its to the point where i couldnt get out of bed. It was horable! i’ve never felt that kinda pain from a headache. What could be reasons for it?

Most are caused by dehydration, but there can be abnormalities.
That’s why it’s important to see a physician, because headaches are so complex.
I get headaches from rain and from vitamins.
You would think simple vitamins would be harmless. Long ago I figured out vitamin E and fish oil caused me headaches. But now every kind of vitamin seems to cause me headaches.
Probably your headaches and neck pain are related. You should see a doctor to check it out.
